Practically stolen :: Camo Jacket

I've been looking for a light-weight, casual jacket and I found a super cute camo one last weekend on the sale rack at Old Navy. ON isn't always on my radar, but I gotta say, I'm glad I stopped in. Now that T and I (and two of our other girlfriends) have snagged this find, we figure it's safe to tell you all to go buy it, too! Oh, did we mention it's on clearance for $17?! Let's all wear it on the same day! xo

Funny for your Monday

Seriously, stop what you're doing and take five minutes to read this. You will seriously laugh so hard you'll cry . . . and you'll totally relate. Then you'll probably want to start following The Hairpin and Katie Heaney's blog, "Shut Up. Tell Me". She's one funny chick!

We hope you all have the best day ever! xo

Maya Moon Designs

On Taryn's visit to PDX we stopped into one of my favorite NW stores, Lizard Lounge. We fell in love with these stripped leather bracelets by Maya Moon (thanks to the patient gal working there who kept unlocking the cases for us to try them on!). I bought one in orange and T bought one in beige and I get compliments every time I wear it! Each piece in the Maya Moon Collection is handcrafted by the artist in her Bend, Oregon studio. Produced on a made to order basis and entirely cut and crafted by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike. Loving her earrings, clutches and handbags, too!

billabong design for humanity

this event rocked! i had sooooo much fun -- saw so many old industry friends, listened to some amazing music, watched artists create some kick ass pieces, enjoyed some tasty cocktails, checked out some insane art pieces in the silent auction, enjoyed all the people watching, watched the bikini fashion show, & had some really funny photos taken in photo booths --- and all for a good cause!
it was held at paramount studios lot in hollywood, so it felt like we were partying in the streets of nyc

here's a video showing some highlights...

PDX trip!

Last month Miss B and Hustle reunited in PDX along with our good friend, Doug and we seriously had the BEST weekend ever. There's really nothing like a weekend where all you do is eat, drink, shop and go to one cool place after another with your favorite people. I seriously don't think we stopped laughing once!

Summary: Por Que No for horchata, Mississippi street, Zeus Cafe for Rubinators, Powells, Portland City Grill for the view, Toro Bravo, Clyde Common, Mary's (oh boy), Tin Shed, Hangover II, Ringlers for more Rubinators, the Pearl District, Hubers for Spanish coffees, Noah and the Whale show at the Doug Fir, Sizzle Pie for pizza and one final drink at Rontoms. Then T and I headed down to wine country for a girls day at Archery Summit and Stoller Vineyards and ended the weekend at the Farm Cafe for happy hour.

Does reading this wear you out . . . or just really make you want to hang out with us?! We're kinda fun! :)

T takes the best photos!
