practically stolen :: calendars

confession: i'm a little cheap when it comes to calendars. every year i wait until they're on sale for 50% off. i got this on saturday for $15 at paper source and i just love it! it totally brightens up my apartment and on the back of each page there's a template for cutting them up and using them for boxes and cards - bonus.
how cute are the sheep for march? bring on spring!

Practically Stolen :: Leopard-print jeans

I was dying over these Current/Elliott jeans in Savvy, but $198 for leopard-print jeans? Yikes! Sooooo, you can imagine how incredibly pumped I was to find them in Camel this weekend "worn or refinished" at the Rack for $49! I wore them out the other night with a black racer-back tank and flip flops and I think they'll be perfect for fall with a big black sweater and black suede booties. Love!

Practically Stolen :: Snakeskin pumps

Every trip to California, I try to make it in to the Loehmann's in Irvine...it's seriously the best discount shopping ever and they are almost always offering additional discounts on clearance items - yes please! You can find Missoni, Rag & Bone, Free People, JBrand, Tom Ford...they have everything!

I scored these snakeskin pumps by Pour La Victoire for $40! Love.

Practically stolen :: Camo Jacket

I've been looking for a light-weight, casual jacket and I found a super cute camo one last weekend on the sale rack at Old Navy. ON isn't always on my radar, but I gotta say, I'm glad I stopped in. Now that T and I (and two of our other girlfriends) have snagged this find, we figure it's safe to tell you all to go buy it, too! Oh, did we mention it's on clearance for $17?! Let's all wear it on the same day! xo

Practically Stolen :: Mother/JBrand

I've been in desperate need of new jeans lately. Everything in my closet is either too big, too small . . . or just too old. I planned on splurging and just getting a pair I love, but I always feel guilty not at least looking for a pair on sale first. Lo and behold, I found two super hot pairs at the Rack that were marked "Altered or Refinished" and they happened to fit me just right and the exact pairs are being sold at Nordstrom right now (I checked.)!

The moral of this story? One woman's poorly altered clothes are another woman's treasure.

Loooooove these flares by Mother.

These mid-rise skinnies by JBrand are amazing.

Practically Stolen

Oh man, there are some deals to be had out there, ladies and gentleman, and I found them this weekend! I haven't been shopping much lately and still have no business doing so, but I just can't resist a killer deal. Check it.

I got so much wear out of my striped dress like this last year and this was at F21 for $10!

I have a black tie event this weekend and I found this dress by Nanette Lepore at the Rack. Originally $390, for $80! (plus alterations, it's a tad big.)

Remember Express?! I'm kinda a fan. This scarf was $20.

I didn't get these espadrilles from Express, but I'm tempted to go back. They were $15.

I had been eyeing these camo pants from the Gap and I found them on the clearance rack for $10!

Did you shop this weekend? Find any good deals? Happy Monday! xo, K

Practically stolen: Going Commando

I love a great deal and I love great undergarments. That’s why I was SO pumped to find a few stray pairs of Commandos at the Rack this weekend. Have you tried these out? I've always wanted to, but could never bring myself to fork over the cash. Normally a whopping $24/pair, I found a couple for just $7 and let me tell you, they do not disappoint. They’re seamless and they lay completely flat, so they don’t dig at the hips . . . they really look like you have nothing on under your clothes, hence the name. Check out this site, they have lots of other great underthings perfect for concealing what needs to stay concealed.

PS: I’m a huge Hanky Panky fan, as well, but sometimes you gotta mix things up.

Practically stolen: Gucci Flats

I love a good deal. I think even if I had limitless amounts of money, I'd still scour the rounders at the Rack every weekend . . . it's like an adult treasure hunt for me. I have the patience, the time and let's face it...shopping is my only real hobby besides wining, dining and the occasional workout (necessary due to the wining and dining). I'm obsessed with checking out sites like Hautelook, Ideeli, Billion Dollar Babes and Shopittome, but there's nothing like a trip to the Nordstrom Rack (or Off 5th or Loehmanns or the Barneys Outlet, if you're lucky enough to live in cities with these stores! I'm not.)

A few months ago I scored these Gucci flats, originally $400 for....$79.

Yes, I know. I have a gift. Happy Friday everyone!
